Pilot Terms

The Tekmerion V1 pilot is a fixed-scope, document-based compliance review. You fill out a 14-question scope questionnaire and submit up to 3 redacted documents. A Tekmerion analyst reads them manually and produces a single PDF report within 14 calendar days of your intake submission.

The report identifies potential gaps in your documentation, evidence limitations, and practical next steps for your compliance workstream. The pilot is NOT a subscription, NOT an ongoing monitoring dashboard, and NOT a continuous engagement.

The V1 pilot does not include: integration with your cloud, identity, ticket or source-control systems; continuous or scheduled monitoring; automated scanning or automated evidence collection; automated remediation; production changes; certification, attestation, or audit-readiness statements; legal advice; guaranteed compliance outcomes.

Anything that implies a continuous, automated, or production-touching posture is out of scope for V1. Tekmerion plans to ship those capabilities in later product versions on a different commercial model.

Payment is a single one-time charge of $299 USD, processed through Stripe. The fee is fully refundable within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have NOT submitted the questionnaire intake. Once your intake is submitted the manual review begins and the fee is non-refundable.

If the manual review needs more than 14 calendar days and you want to extend the engagement, Tekmerion will quote one additional 14-day extension at the same flat rate. Extensions must be agreed before the 14-day window closes.

You agree to send us redacted documents only. You agree NOT to include: credit-card primary account numbers (PANs); API keys, signing secrets, OAuth tokens, or service-account credentials; government identifiers (passport, national ID, SSN); production database connection strings; tokens, cookies, or session identifiers from production systems.

Documents MUST be in PDF, PNG or JPG format, and MUST be ≤ 5 MB each. A server-side denylist will reject uploads that match common secret patterns. We may request a clean re-upload if a file fails the denylist.

Your intake responses, evidence files, the manual-review notes, and the PDF report are stored together in a single PilotEngagement row. Exactly 30 calendar days after the report is delivered to you, a scheduled job deletes everything tied to your engagement (questionnaire answers, evidence files, manual-review notes, and the PDF), and writes an internal PilotDeletionRecord with the engagement id and the deletion timestamp. The record contains no questionnaire, document or report content.

Tekmerion does NOT have visibility into, or control over, hosting-platform infrastructure backups. Backups created by the underlying infrastructure may persist beyond the 30-day deletion window and are NOT covered by the deletion warranty above. We spell out exactly what we delete and what we cannot in /pilot/privacy.

You retain all ownership of the documents you submit. Tekmerion retains ownership of the report we produce. You may share the report internally under your own terms; you may NOT publish it, redistribute it commercially, or hold it out as an attestation of compliance to any third party.

Tekmerion may use redacted, non-identifying excerpts from your report for internal service-quality review. Excerpts will be stripped of your organisation name, contact names, document identifiers and any other personally identifying information before review.

The pilot is provided on an "as is" basis. Tekmerion disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tekmerion's aggregate liability under the pilot is capped at the amount you paid for the pilot ($299).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (for example, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
