You fill out a 14-question scope questionnaire, send us up to 3 redacted documents (PDF or image, ≤ 5 MB each), and a Tekmerion analyst produces a single PDF report inside 14 calendar days. The report calls out potential gaps, evidence limitations, and practical next steps.

Please read the six points below before paying. They define what the V1 pilot is, and is not, so the offer matches what Tekmerion can responsibly deliver from a single fixed-scope manual document review.

A manual, document-based review by a Tekmerion analyst of YOUR redacted documents against the framework(s) YOU choose. We do not connect to your systems, scrape your environment, or run any automated scan.
Duration
Duration details
14 calendar days after you submit your intake. The deliverable is a single PDF report — not a subscription, not an ongoing dashboard, not a continuous monitor.
Limitations

We identify potential gaps, evidence limitations, and practical next steps. We do NOT certify, attest, guarantee compliance, or replace a formal external audit. We do NOT provide legal advice.
Refund
Refund details
Full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have NOT submitted the questionnaire intake. After intake is submitted, the manual review begins and the fee is non-refundable.
Extension
Extension details
If you need more time after the 14 days, you can pay for one additional 14-day extension at the same flat rate. Add-on extensions are quoted by the analyst.
Data handling
Data handling details
You keep ownership of all documents. We delete your questionnaire, evidence files, and report exactly 30 calendar days after the final delivery, and we write an internal deletion record (date + IDs, no content). Platform infrastructure backups are NOT in our control — see /pilot/privacy for the exact wording.

Payment is processed by Stripe. The intake and evidence upload unlock as soon as payment clears. Read the pilot Terms and the data-handling / privacy wording before paying. After payment the refund window is 7 calendar days (provided the intake has not been submitted).
